A New Look At Resetting "What's Important"

How do you look at your current life and priorities:

Money Is very important
What others think of me is very important
How many friends I maintain is very important
Success in my career is very important
My lifestyle is very important, enjoying the fruits of my labors
Taking good care of my loved ones is most important

All of the above will likely be of little or no importance if your health deteriorates and:

You wind up in a hospital for months with tubes sticking out everywhere keeping you alive.
You find yourself committed to a rest home sitting on the couch playing the role of a vegetable, watching old westerns.
You suddenly with no notice whatsoever find yourself lying in the cemetery pushing up daisies, or/alternatively your ashes in a vase on a relatives fireplace.

Nothing is more IMPORTANT to your very existence than your health. All of the above totally wipe out the previous evaluation of what you thought was really important.

You should be working at getting all of the information you need to make well informed choices about the foods, life style, drugs, treatments, health remedies and other factors impacting your health and well-being. (and life expectancy)

Seven days a week I have been researching the very up to the minute information on these matters and I bring it to you in hard copy newspapers and on the web.

My conclusions are from the latest research and study on this specialized subject, and I have motivation, to do my best using my own research to be around still writing ten years from now. (90)

Most experts have their beliefs locked into 'what was" and what their education taught them was the thing to do and as true years ago.
