Sunshine, and Nitric Oxide Cure Neuropathy Personal Experience With What Works

Your author first ran into this Nitric Oxide thing when researching curing his severe neuropathy, which had progressed to the point of almost total loss of feeling in his feet.

Investigating the NASA developed LCD light system close to infra red, (invisible) was being used in the "Anodyne" light therapy system to correct neuropathy symptoms in 20 $60 each -30 minute light exposures to the feet. In that research came across the words "generating Nitric Oxide.

Medical explanation for the success of this was that it was generating Nitric Oxide that apparently helped rebuild the nerve damage.

80% reported marked improvement in their neuropathy.

Your authors research indicated this was being done with a light wave length readily available from the sun.

If it will correct or improve with that little light source, it should certainly work with the all time best all wave length light source, the sun.

Your author tried it with 30 minute sun exposure to the bottom of his feet and 15 minutes to the tops.

A remarkable change was noted the first day and in 3 days of this, an estimated 50% of my feelings in my feet had returned.

Repeated exposure for the next two weeks showed some additional improvement to where it is probably 80 to 90% corrected to date.

The dramatic improvement was in the first 3 days.

This was in addition to sunning the rest of the body at the same time. This also seemed to improve the overall blood glucose problem to some degree and was likely playing a big part in getting my BG under control.

It was such a relief getting the feelings in my feet back that I likely did not note all the other improvement.

I have in my library and have read two books on sunshine and healing and must say I can not recommend it enough, as a natural "caveman cure".

The natural things, readily available free are the way to go. A glass of unchlorinated water every two hours, and at least 30 minutes of sunshine daily are two basics to start with.

This "foot nerve problem" was my first exposure to Nitric Oxide information and will be reporting more on it as we go.
