We say "unlimited, eat all you want," of what's on our list. Well, that's true except the newly diabetic recommended keep off this short list because these are like cooking sherry is to an alcoholic.
Only after a year of off the "Sugar Junkie" would I even stock these. You will find an excuse to over do these when sobering up from a sugar addiction.
These take self control and sensible blending and a sugar junkie won't be able to do either.
Blending means you put a very little amount of these "too high a sugar for diabetics" but blend well, in with a quantity of very slow digesting food, like butter, high fiber foods or additives, (mixture of fibers, etc.) and/or eaten with lots of meat. (Any high protein like chia, etc.)
An alcoholic cannot have booze around and not use it, no matter how many oaths he has taken to never touch the stuff again.
A sugar junkie (hooked on sweet) is no different. (Note: I did not add these two back in for two years.)
- Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- Honey, (local) and Better yet (local) Comb honey.
This stuff is way too high a sugar content even though there is NO SUGAR ADDED. It is cooked and sugar is, therefore, way too fast digesting, and it is from modern apples which are way too high sugar (five times the 1900 apples content and ancestors ate them only raw.
Now here is the but... You can add two tablespoons full to a full bowl mix of oat bran fiber, chia, quinoa, wheat bran, flaxseed, (our morning breakfast mix) all slow digesting, and if topped with full fat yogurt, this slow digesting mix will take two hours to digest this two tablespoons of applesauce. (Or you can add a few blueberries to the top of your yogurt, etc., since you now understand the principal of blending.)
Editors Note: I did not add this tablespoon of honey a day until I had been off sugar and any craving for sweets, totally for four years. Now the rest of the story: Honey, converts to blood sugar only about 60% as fast as table sugar, which is still WAY TO Fast.
Actually, a tablespoon may be too much for a bowl of chocolate yogurt pudding.
However, I eat extremely full fat Greek yogurt (happens to be available locally) that is more fat and very high protein yogurt (and very expensive). Which means the spoonful of honey is relatively insignificant compared to half a container of very slow digesting Yogurt. (And a heaping tablespoonful of dark chocolate powder). That's the formula for our chocolate pudding.
Note:I used to occasionally put in a tablespoonful of applesauce before I recently started tablespoonful of the honey, but for taste I really care about adding nothing.
My reasoning was I wanted to add these to my diet without screwing up my blood sugar and this was a good blending....and I could get in a bit of fruit.
Now, the reason for honey is over the years in my research and personal history, honey has come up as part of a list of successful home remedies. My family on back and for indigenous people, etc., and other ancestors around the world. There is plenty of evidence that honey contains trace minerals, etc., and things we don't yet know about, that are not well supplied by other sources.

- Greek full fat yogurt
- Any full fat yogurt, plain 18% fat or better
- Stevia
- Chia
- Quinoa, optional Amaranth
- Wheat brand
- Oat brand
- Brewers yeast
- Flax seed
- Flax seed oil
- Coconut oil
- Device, a steamer...or pan
- Green tea
- Olive oil optional
- Grass fed butter..
- Cod liver oil
- Glucosomine with msm, chondroiton
- Salt nasal spray
- Breath rites...
- Asparagas
- Brussel sprouts
- Cabbage, preferably dark purple
- Spinich, leaf baby good. Lettuce Optional, other greens
- Squash, zillion kinds
- Succine
- Raw baby carrots, I never bother
- Avocados
- Very limited blueberries, wild if can get
All Kinds, limit grain fed, Prefer full fat, grass raised if can get it... buffalo(avoid those corn fed), elk, etc., chicken range raised if can get it..
Fruit- Avocados
- Lemons
- Pink grapefruit,
- Applecider vinegar...not too filtered
