You can buy Metamucil in any drug store. It is Psyllium husks that they have added a little sweetener to and that's about it... Ruins $20. At most drug stores.
We avoid it because of the sugar and the price. Walgreens and others have usually an alternative manufacturer without the sugar... Health grocery stores that sell things in bulk have plain bulk Psyllium for what would be about 4 times as much for $1. Buy it by the pound.
You need this stuff to add fiber you need right off in the morning and it makes you drink a full glass of water when you get up which probably does more for you then the psyllium fiber.. Psyllium measurement to start, one teaspoon, later stir in tablespoon and drink quickly. Rinse glass. Huge glass, stir and drink it all...
Psyllium cuts sugar levels 20% when taken before meals, according to studies. We take it, simply for the reason is it works to keep your system running on fiber slow digestion and you do all this right you will never be constipated or have diarrhea or any of those old problems everbody else still seems to have ever again.
If you do a little reprogramming, with your automatic control system, such as sitting down, and going just before you go to bed or a specific time every day... Stick out until something shows up.
Soon you (within a few days or a week) you will have an automatic response evacuation at this time everyday when you give it a chance and within a bit of time of sitting down for it this happens big, "no sweat".
Remember, you do it urge or not.... now if on right fiber percentage you will automatically go another time or two per day. Slighest urge, sit down and give it a try.

Water soluable, prices vary widely....Walmart seems to be the least expensive. Ground cloves also cut blood sugar levels about 20% same size amount.
If you buy this in bulk, it is like $15 for two life time supply. Won't likely find it in bulk in any store. $5 at Walmart will last a long time. 1/4 teaspoon added to anything. 3 times a day. Cuts sugar level 20% according to studies. We suggest dump your sugar bowl, (won't ever need it again) and fill it with cinnamon. Save shaker for fiber Chia mixtures, etc., for adding to sugar peak causing foods you should be avoiding.
I pre ad cinnamon in all my mixes so will get about 1/4 teaspoon per serving... More won't hurt you but more not beneficial according to most studies.
This is long range stuff and is a whole article in itself.
Cumin is related and if out of one use the other. Will take Turmeric up in article by itself... This will help you stick around longer....that's all on it for now. 1/4 tsp. a couple or three times a day good bet.
Never eat chocolate that is less then 85%. This is an absolute must buy, and always on hand, and never miss a scheduled bite. If you get sent to the rest home it will be because you forget to take your chocolate therapy on time.

Lemons, Read up on PH in your body (means acidic or Alkaline.) Let's say sick people acidic well people near alkaline or alkaline. BIG advantage and why these are a MUST, and quantity (squirrels are not dumb) Very High Omega 3 Fat. They talk about Salmon, this is your Omega 3 savior... These digest very slowly and keep supplying energy to the old blood system for two hours. No spikes, No energy shortages or calling out the liver troops to make sugar.
These are really not even a nut. Eat them like crazy, so you do not run out of Walnuts.

Do Not waste money on Super Market Organic, Non Caged, so called range raised (have to have a door open so the chickens "could" get out to back cement yard for 30 minutes a day, is legal to call range raised).
Little or NO benefit. Lots of people in town raising them in back yard. Will sell you some. KNOW who you are getting range raised eggs from. These will cost you a buck or two a week more...WORTH Every penny, even driving out in the country and getting to know some chickens personally.
Another instant "never go hungry" always carry them accessible. Boil a dozen. Will keep for two weeks no refrigeration. (Shell must have no cracks.) On the road, on the plane, airport layovers, etc., a must. I eat 3 to 5 eggs a day. Bet my ancestors did, too, and over half were likely not even bird or chicken eggs. Favorite trick, throw them in raw, when chopping or mixing anything in blender. You won't even notice and MUCH better for you raw.
Finally found it without that stupid nitrites added thing.....geez....I eat two slices a day..if I were you, I would eat more..... great stuff...need the fat. You have to convince your body you are a big time fat burner. (Fat people burn sugar and store fat, thin people burn and operate on FAT.) (You can essentially only make fat cells out of sugar and you are not eating any.) To become a full fledged fat burner like designed, no sugar, LOTS of fat.(DANGER.)...Lay off too much corn fed animal fat.
There is more to life then every two hours walnuts.
A slice of thin sliced ham (pure meat, no additives) gives you a good 10 a.m. filler snack that takes two hours to digest, providing steady energy stream. Hardly a ripple in your blood sugar with this schedule... etc.
