Developments That Led Over The Last 50 Years To This Change In US To indoor "Factory" Meat and Egg Production Supply
Result: Totally Different Meats In Your
Diet Than Eaten Anywhere Else In The World
Organic Means that no chemical pesticides, hormones or antibiotics. When you buy "organic" it does not mean these eggs or meat were not "factory" grown in confinement. Look for "Cage Free" on egg carton or buy direct from
farmer. Range raised and grass fed means they were not grown in
confinement/.. Buffalo are now often "grain fed" and have same problem
with the meat as "grain fed, pork, beef, sheep etc Determine meat is NOT grain fed.. That eggs are from range fed chickens "cage free". Poultry are normally partially raised on grain. Meat and eggs raised range fed will not be deficient in some minerals etc since they are able to "balance" their own diet considerably from what they find on the range. Confinement and wire raised have absolutely no access to any elements
not in their "feed" and are often so deficient in some
elements they turn to "cannibalism' of their own species which
often becomes a problem for the producer. There are no hunter gatherer groups still in existence that are vegetarian nor have they found any trace that man has ever been vegetarian exclusively. Several current studies do show that those switched to solely vegetarian did better as a diabetic then those that did not.
