The higher the per centage of dead food, the sooner you will be affected by degenerative diseases that kill 85% Of U.S. Population. What and how much exactly did you eat today that was not cooked, processed, canned, frozen, baked, pasteurized, irradiated, etc. In other words what did you eat today that was NOT Dead Food? Surprising? How can you get your food input to at least 20% Live? We will be working on that personally and with you.
Degenerative diseases are "do it to your self diseases" where outside influences do not kill you off, your body kills itself off. Examples are Cancer, Strokes, Heart attacks, Alzheimer, Diabetes etc
For five years I have been reading hundreds of books and studies, reports, articles, opinions, observations, personal tests etc. because I had soon discovered it was NOT diabetes that was going to kill me 15 years early, it was "degenerative" diseases that were almost unheard of at the turn of the century.
So my research switched to what brought on diabetes AND the killer diseases that were going to kill me and my fellow diabetics and 85% of fellow Americans.
Lots of guesses and beating around the bushes but NO clear indication of what was really causing the rapidly increase in deaths from degenerative diseases and despite 60 years of fund drives for research NOT ONE has been cured or decoded. After 65 years, they have not slowed the growth, instead they are exploding at a more rapid rate.
Not One success in stopping or even slowing the growth of a single one of the degenerative diseases.
They say recent discoveries are degenerative diseases such as heart attacks are predictable because they are associated with and direct proportion to the amount of body inflammation.
So what is causing the Inflammation? They say this and that help lower inflammation but no sound answers on why we are getting all this body inflammation.
Looking now at studies on DEAD FOOD and per centages of same.... and research on how long they can keep astronauts alive on 100% dead food. Their attempts to grow sprouts and live food on the trips to keep them alive for longer periods.
Look at the South Pole Expeditions over extended time on 100% dead food, wound up as health disasters. Despite every precaution to give them scientifically balanced DEAD foods.
Then at human and animal studies clear back to the 30's, it is clear, if you or the animal are on nearly 100% dead food for an extended time, you are doomed to
an early death from a degenerative disease, and it wont make any difference what selection of wonderful dead foods they give you, or what wonderful man made chemicals they give you.......you are going to be toast.
Then we look at all the books about people that lived past the age of one hundred. A big % of them I noted they said they attributed their long life to the fact they had ate a certain live food everyday, many of them it was a slice of raw onion. Others it was a garlic clove or two etc. but those that did I noted that what everyone of them ate on a daily basis was a LIVE food, that they ate every day without fail.
Looking for the magic food, we may have missed that It may not have been WHAT they ate, it was that they got at least one live food every day of their life, that made it Possible for them to live past 100. (not be killed prematurely) by degenerative, (dead food) diseases.
We have traveled around the world and looked at Roman empire conquerors, who traveled even to north England for a hundred years and fed their army and kept in good health, and apparently never lost a battle because they came down with some illness going around at the time. So they were kept with healthy immune systems with the right food to have done that.
What did they eat, that the Roman army traveled and fought on many continents? Not Dead food canned Creations.....it was LIVE FOOD, Fermented Fish Paste...... A live food that did not spoil and might be six months old but like pemmican perfectly healthy long term, because it was live, not dead food. The army soldier did not have to make enzymes to digest. It was live food and carried its own enzymes. The individual soldiers entire enzyme system was available to be used to ward off diseases and apparently did so successfully.

Thailand today and they eat the same fermented fish paste. (considered a delicacy.)
In Pompe, Italy (ruins) you will see corner of street fast food restaurants that served fermented fish paste, the LIVE food that worked, needed no refrigeration, and was good to go anytime. It was the main stay and like Pemmican, the pioneers ate other things with it..
The reason it worked, now that you think about it, was LIKELY because it was LIVE food. (year around)
Weston Price, found that every indigenous society had at least ONE or more LIVE fermented foods on their menu, and was likely the cornerstone that held their diet together and made it work year around.
That illness was almost unknown on their diet and problems started when the western, "mostly cooked" dead food diet was introduced.
We look at raw milk users, sprout growers,
vegetable raw juice drinkers, fermented
food eaters, (live) in Japan, etc etc, Indians and others that ate and still eat almost nothing but pemmican (live no matter how old) for many months of the year and get over the winter in good health.
Then you look at dead food eaters, and everyone over a year is a dead or dying health disaster. Those on only a small per centage of live food, are teetering on the edge of illness and as they age, going to less enzyme manufacturing, it becomes more dangerous for them and they go under.
This all falls in place, with lowered enzyme availability (due to using it all for dead food digestion) and wrong breathing errors explaining allergy sensitivities and all sorts of weird man brought on himself "not normal" ailments.
No wonder the medical society is having a field day....treating all these perpetual never ending SYMPTOMS. Never a cure to stop any of it......
For me, it now all falls in place and you can further verify it with reading more studies,
etc. but I think the handwriting is on the wall. You can Now figure out the way to stop degenerative diseases from over taking you and doing you in.........at least for you and me......... to turn society around would be like trying to turn a super tanker around with a row boat. Would not even waste my time trying. But you and me.....lets do it.....
More on how I plan to do it.....soon as I get time...to test it out a little and to put it in ink. You and I don't have the time for ten years of tests to decide if I am right or not...
We use common sense and run with it.
