About $4.25 weeks supply. You may have to search several different make of super markets or get your manager to order it.  When he does, buy ten. 

It has a half life of six hours on effectiveness. Therefore, I add it to my fiber breakfast mix, and also snack pemmican. Eat a quarter Hershey's baking bar (not available in dark here) in afternoon and use this dark with full fat yogurt after supper for a chocolate pudding. 

Eggs and bacon good for breakfast but I hold that off til noon and eat a fiber mix with half a container of full fat yogurt for breakfast. (The other half $3.90 22% fat for pudding in eve). Here is the fiber formula
by the way start with a full glass of water with tablespoon of pysillium (known to most as Metamucil). 

My mixture is this:

    7 tablespoons of brewers yeast,
    7 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
    7 tablespoons (ground) of chia, or quina or sometimes two of those. Those are Andes stuff, big story. or buckwheat or amarith. All non gluten grains.
    7 tablespoons of wheat bran, couple bucks for a years supply
    7 tablespoons of Oat bran. all inexpensive.
Mix it all up dry....(you can add a teaspoon or two of this to anything you think is too fast sugar digesting...called blending... this will really slow down digestion.) I eat with relatively high sugar quarter of pink grapefruit, since it slows down digestion considerably.
Mix this dry, store in container... couple tablespoons in bowl, add water, stir, add yogurt. That's breakfast. Tell you later what all this does for you, but you will be amazed.
