Essential Caveman Lifestyle and Environmental Changes

When you realize you are stuck with a caveman body and realize you have been doing all sorts of "Modern Man" things to it to screw up the system, and a result it is not working, then you will take the time to stop and figure out what needs to be changed. You will find it simple to switch over to what works with this body you have, if you get a few things straight in your head about what is going on (that caveman's body was not subject to ) that is affecting your health. and most cases can be relatively easily changed if you just remember to do so. Your caveman body was designed to be fed a caveman diet and if you think about it a little, it should not be to hard to figure out what's still around or you can adopt and use that fits your "outdated" body model. There is more going on here then just your diet being different then caveman's. What really works is just using common sense and you will soon be aware there are lots of things that the Modern Man system has dumped on your body or has made no longer available to your body in the same quantity that caveman's body had available. To bring your lifestyle in line with the cave man body you have to live with, (newer modern man adjusted model not available for several thousand years) that has been corrupted by the Modern Man system, you do not have to test or try this or that, for now just eliminate EVERYTHING that doesn't fit. If you want, you can add anything back in later if you like when you have corrected the problem. Keep in mind by eliminating all of these or correcting them you are likely to rid yourself of a lot of problems you have had all your life and never knew why. You will be working to correct diabetes but a lot of other things will go away automatically,
Pay attention to the following "life style changes" necessary, not
listed in order of importance. The cure for tuberculosis that worked turned out to be sunshine. It was finally figured out the wave length that does the trick does not penetrate glass. If you wear glasses those rays do not penetrate and your self regulating system does not function correctly. They are not getting the turn on turn off clues caveman got because of another Modern Man screw up. (Eyeglasses) Some suggest when doing sunlight therapy for example, you should do at least 20 minutes with no eye glasses on. My suggestion would be to go out every morning to pick up your paper without your eyeglasses. This would at least give your glands a clue a new day has started and get the old body started. I have two books on sunlight and its healing power etc. and to make a long story short, you need a lot more sunlight. Six inches of skin exposed to sun light even indirect, 20 minutes a day will get you by. Not therapeutic and you will need ten times that to help correct problems to get your body running on sunshine. Your body makes vitamin D from cholesterol in you blood stream. You can go days without but you must have adequate backlog accumulation. Tablets for vitamin D and other artificial supplements are helpful but not adequate in helping to undo any ailment.. Plants that have seeds under the soil detect and decided when the day light is longer and it is start of growing season and send up a sprout. Your body has a much more sophisticated system that is controlled and clued by hours of sunlight. Example, the fat storing system your caveman body has similar to the bear that stores fat in the summertime automatically to make it thru the "food is hard to find" winter. Only those that had this survived to hand down this gene. That's how you got that "survival" gene.. That gene is activated by the length of hours of sunlight. Your body decides from these clues that this is summer "fat storing" season so it turns on "high insulin levels" in your body to help you store fat over the summer. It makes you hungry to help you do so automatically. Now comes the Modern Man screw up. Two of them. The light bulb extends your daylight day by at least four hours. Your body thinks it is fat storing season all year long. The second Modern Man caveman body screw up, is that caveman had a famine season were starches were almost non existent and the body made up for it using up the stored fat. By spring the fat was totally gone. You have no famine season and keeping packing away the starchy fat storing season all year around. No wonder you are overweight. Your body has been doing what it has built in as programming to help you survive. The very thing that was made to make you a survivor, now may be killing you. Now that you know about what your body is trying to do, and you give it the right signals, it will shape you up if you work with it, not against it.. Education is important here. For now, remember that sunlight (daylight) is an important body regulator. It is what controls your body functions, (up until now you thought you did)) By the way, your sleep is controlled in a good part by light as well and it is important you sleep in a totally darkened room. Will not go in to details, Just take my word for it. This is not a book. Your clue is simply this, allow your caveman body to get the operational clues caveman's body got. That's how it was designed to work, and you learn to work with it.
2. Air, You are getting a surprising amount of toxins not only from
cars polluting your neighborhoods air but many other ways of even more
importance. We do not know which or what is setting off our bodies problem, we do not have to figure out which, we just get rid of all of them if we can. We do not want our body having to battle any foreign toxins caveman did not have to deal with. The inside of your home has likely more air pollutants then the darkest air days on the street. Your body is made to handle and overcome germs and viruses. It has built in inherited from thousands of generations of ancestors that over came them and gained antibodies etc to handle these and if you are on an adequate diet and sunshine etc will normally have no problem doing so. The chemical lobby and "experts" have been selling you on these nasty germs doing you in unless you get these chemicals to kill these germs and viruses floating around every where you go. Again, the very thing they are selling you to overcome these imaginary blown up dangers turn out to be far more hazardous to your health then the germs and viruses which you have a natural built in protection system to handle. Many experts now believe that many of the problems children develop later on in life are because they were artificially "protected' from developing an immunity to them as babies and in child hood. May be you have noticed that the mothers that are hyper about sterilizing their environment from "germs" are the very family that comes down with the exotic diseases that come along. The family not hyper about germs has had their body practicing and developing immunities to germs, so when a new one comes along it is just dealt with like the rest since their body has had a lot of practice. So the sterilization by chemicals home causes the very problem (result) they were trying to protect against. You become your own worse enemy when you bought into this "germ" killing concept and used every chemical killer known to man in your "oversold" phobia to kill these so called "deadly" germs and viruses. You inherited natural protections and ways to develop immunity to them. However, you have absolutely no immunity or developed over the centuries any bodily protection whatsoever to compensate against these "killer" chemicals that vaporize and hang in the air and become air pollutants in your home. Lets take Clorox or other bleach clothes whitener and "germ" killer. The active ingredient is chlorine gas. This is the same gas that was the largest poison gas killer and crippler of tens of thousands in world war one. Every time you use it, some of these vapors stay in your homes air. Mix Clorox and Ammonia cleaners together as a super cleaner and you have a fatal mixture. Lets look under the sink and you will find at least ten bottles in most homes with chemicals and pesticides that are deadly to something...most likely you. All vaporize and and have no where to go but leave the chemical in your inside of the home air.
Solution, get them out of the house. There are natural substances like white vinegar and baking soda that will do the same cleaning job and we will list them for you elsewhere. Maybe your body can tolerate chemicals with no problem, however, chances are it can not and we know something is rotten in Denmark and we are not sure what, so we advise eliminate them all. There are other things going on. For example many carpets for a year or two out gas the chemical they were made from. The pressed board furniture with the wood grain decal that looks so good often out gasses formaldehyde for up to a year or two and you can look up what it does. Have you ever had a strong sun light enter the window and you saw all the dust and artificial chemical made fibers in that beam hanging in the air inside your home? All this despite you have a maid come in twice a week and you bought the finest vacuum cleaner on the market. Solution for now..... At least twice a week when it is windy out, or at least a breeze...open windows and doors on both sides of the house for a period of time to allow all inside air to be blown out. Sometimes this will take only a matter of minutes. In warm days you can leave it for an extended period of time to fully many times exchange the internal air. Your mother used to call this airing the house out. In the winter you will lose a small amount of heat but since the air is the only thing chilled it takes only a short time to reheat the new air. Every chance you get, allow fresh air to exchange with the old air by opening windows etc. This is a life style change you will have to work at remembering to do . The new trend is to seal up around your windows etc and make your home "air tight". Your home no longer breathes. Another Modern Man caveman body screw up. Your home oxygen content gets lower and lower as you use up the oxygen level in the air trapped in your newly "air tight" home. Caveman's body breathed 100% fresh air. Your "caveman" body deserves and requires no less. You will need a tablet with a reminder list and cross these off as you do them. After a month or two they will be part of your new lifestyle and you will do them automatically. In the mean time develop a system to remind you to do them. Remember, this all does not work unless you do. 3. Water, the third leg of a four legged stool, to make your caveman body support complete. Water is so important that we include it as a leg of the four legged stool supporting your new caveman body care system that has diet as the number most important leg but will not stand with out the other three legs being corrected also. Caveman drank water where ever he found it and in its wild state is normally good drinking water. Man had not polluted it. Now it is hard to find water that man has not some how polluted. Water on the ground that caveman drank had absorbed a lot of minerals in its travels and caveman likely had a great source of mineral supplements with his water. This is why spring water is touted as healthy. City water likely has also likely been ground water that has absorbed a lot of minerals and in some early studies, of longevity, the local water mineral content was credited quite often as to adding to their life expectancy in some areas. However, city water is treated with chlorine to kill most stray bacteria that may have gotten in to the system. Drinking chlorinated water kills the friendly bacteria in your gut. This bacteria is very important to you. it synthesis vitamin k and other essentials that i will not elaborate on here...just know that it is an important part of your bodily process that caveman had working and you need working. Caveman never killed it and added a lot of bacteria to it because he did not wash his vegetables in the sink. Using city water right from the tap will kill your goldfish. If you let it sit exposed to the air for 24 hours, the chlorine evaporates and no longer does so. Therefore i have for years been using the age city water system (put it in containers exposed to the air for 24 hours) to get the mineral content without the chlorine. Then use it like any other water. However, newly diabetic have so many new habits to correct you will likely forget to do this timely so suggest you start with distilled water, which will get your water problem under control. Bottled water or filtered water may or may not be chlorine free. Distilled water is absolutely free of everything so start with it. Caveman likely never drank his with ice. I find I can not drink much ice water, but luke warm or hot I can drink great quantities. You need to know that much of the time you mistake thirst signals for hunger and instead of getting something to drink like water.(that is all your drinking now) (green tea may be okay). Therefore, until you get this habit corrected every time you are hungry, drink a full glass of water. Wait a brief time and you will likely gotten past what you thought was hunger. Drink a glass of water every two hours around the clock if you can and you will really have an escape valve for your diabetes blood sugar over load. Research shows that most people are not drinking nearly enough water and this is a habit that is correctable. You just have to get in the habit of doing this for 21 days, consciously, after that it will be a automatic part of the new you. Remember, this is one leg of the four legged caveman body stool. Skip or neglect one leg and it falls over under stress.
