How Soon Boxed Up Is Determined More By HOW You Sabotage Your Survival System.

Most readers understand a life time of smoking is damage you can not recoup from because your survival system has no provision for smoking damage.

Most readers understand or are starting to understand that you inherited an absolutely amazing immune system to overcome most any natural outside attackers, and that your body overcomes millions of them every day.

Many unknowingly sabotage your body’s immune system doing its job because you think man knows more about making you a survivor then your survival system does.

Therefore, wanting to be a survivor they are everyday being sold a bill of falsehoods
Therefore this issue I am devoting to help you understand how and what I learned on how to cooperate with my survival system and help it out instead of making it impossible for it to do its job.

The basic formula to use as a standard is figure out what were my ancestors doing and what was this survival system I inherited doing automatically to keep them alive?

Then figure out what man in all his wisdom has modified drastically that my ancestors used to do?
The last six months there have been a study stream of studies showing that those with ample amounts of vitamin D have had much lower incidence of cancer and nearly all of the self destruct degenerative diseases. Including of course Diabetes.
Those with ample amounts of vitamin D in the studies had a much lower incidence of Diabetes, and we have been reading for years that 85% of diabetics were SHORT on vitamin D.
The primary and best source (not supplements) of vitamin D is make your own under your skin with exposure to sunshine. Chief thing it is made from is Cholesterol. Maybe your body is trying to help you get your Vitamin D up to where it has to be so is turning out HIGH cholesterol to help you make the missing vitamin D.

Now statistics show that OVER half the people dying of heart attacks have LOW cholesterol. One type of heart attack low cholesterol helps. But here is the bottom line, the over all death rate is higher, (even though less of the one type of heart attack.)

That’s another whole story of phobia, (high cholesterol) (not a disease at all) and a lot of books, you manufacture it, whether you eat any or not, your brain uses it for brain food and lowering lowers your cognitive ability and puts you in a rest home early according to many, .... but never the less, with much lower outdoor sun exposure, you certainly are not producing as much Vitamin D.

Turns out that vitamin D is actually a body regulating hormone. Without adequate amounts your survival system cannot control your bodily functions to compensate for hazards. All you have to do is double the amount of skin exposed to the sun and the time and if you are dark skinned you likely will have to triple it or better This is likely why dark skinned people such as blacks have much higher rates of diabetes and many other degenerative diseases.

The fix is free......the vitamin D made is storable for a period so you do not have to have sun shine every day.
Why has this become such a problem? The media and the medical world has created a phobia to stay out of the sun and cover up or you will get skin cancer. Turns out this is not really true, and you see studies for example bearing this up, that Australian beach life guards out in the sun more than anyone have a much lower than normal skin cancer rate.

This goes on and is more books of evidence to read if interested,, that skin cancer is NOT a sun problem and itself is a minor statistic, usually an easy form of cancer to cure when it does happen, but the phobia resulting in lack of sun exposure is killing hundreds of thousands.

My story of basically curing my neuropathy (diabetes caused foot problem) with sunshine, the history of curing tuberculosis with sunshine when nothing else did a thing, all are part of the evidence that modern mans problems are a good part just hiding out from the sun.

All of these things are a big enough story to convince you I should write a book, which I do not have time to write and you do not have time to read..
Take my word for it, I am convinced this is one of the key things you have to fix...... If you are from northern latitude and get little winter sun....you need to find a way to get a way to soak some up in the middle of your winter.

My situation is living in Az I should get enough sunshine but studies in Tucson show they are almost as short of Vitamin D as elsewhere. Result I still take a table spoonful of Cod liver oil everyday to help with vitamin D shortage and suggest you do so also... Take a good brand because much of this type of thing are now imported from China and may have problems. Some recent articles suggest some brands of Cod liver oil have dangerously high levels of vitamin A.

My Australian shepherd dog, I watch what she does naturally and it turns out she goes out on the backyard lawn and lays in the sun (no matter how hot out) (despite a very heavy coat,) for 30 minutes every day without fail. Apparently some survival instinct she has inherited

Some say the correct type of tanning booth can pick up the slack, but not researched that so will leave it there.
There is also evidence one of your regulating glands is set by amount of sunlight thru your eyes, but wearing glasses does not allow the right wave length to get thru so that gets screwed up.
Your time clock was set automatically for 2 million years by the length of day light.
Then the electric light bulb screwed that up... Some experts say as a result NEVER sleep with a night light. Dark is needed.

Never the less that is another lot of studies and I have drawn no big conclusions, I just bring these up so you to are aware a lot of things are getting screwed up besides your lunch.

This issue tried to explain how diabetes, obesity etc are all a result of "Sugar peaks" that your body can not handle. We have talked about anything and everything that slows down the digestion of sugars and the speed it gets in your blood stream.

That your body can not handle fast sugar and peaks. Anything such as even taking twice as long to eat, using a table spoon of apple cider vinegar (on salads etc or straight. (slows digestion of sugars) and adding fiber, fats, meat etc all slow the sugar digestion process.

Therefore if you understand the problem you can do these things that slow it and prevent peaks, and just stay away from anything high glycemic that turns to blood sugar too fast,
Next we start you to understand that the ratio, almost equal of Omega three fats (mostly grass grown, range raised meat and wild fish ) Compares with corn fed factory raised meats with as high as 60 to 1 Omega 6 fats to Omega 3.
That your body CAN NOT handle this long term and will revolt, (called inflammation,) and your body immune system goes on attack often attacking your own cells.
We have just started to really bring this to your attention as it becomes more and more evident this is a big part of why people are developing more and more so called auto immune diseases, (self destruct like cancer)

If you read 30 or more studies a day from all around the world and the experts comments on them you soon find many of the real answers stand out like a sore thumb.

So now this issue, instead of passing on individual highlight studies etc I just pass on my conclusions from studying all this and I think my insights are more accurate then those with disciplined beliefs they would not change no matter what evidence appeared.
